Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking by contacting us at support@babaseddik-travel.com.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the travel date may be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.
Non-refundable services (such as partner hotels or car rentals) will be clearly stated during booking.

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for your booked service without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your payment.
